About Megan

Like many of my fellow millennials, I graduated into a world rocked by recession. My first priority was to be able to support myself and cover my expenses – rent, utilities, insurance, student loans, etc. So, naturally, I accepted the first job offer that appeared. Stopping to think if it was something I wanted to do or a career path that I wanted to be on seemed like a luxury I just couldn’t afford. It wasn’t until several years later that I finally felt I had space to pause, breathe, and assess the situation. Yes, I had made some strategic moves, gained some level of security, and felt I had advanced. Yet, deep down, I knew this career path wasn’t for me, that there must be something more.
In trying to find the answers to, “What now? What am I really passionate about? And what’s next?”, I found coaching. I flourished with the support of a coach, her guided questioning, and the space to explore my inner thoughts and aspirations. My mind became focused and clear. I found my passion and created a new career plan.
Many avenues of my life improved with coaching. Not only did I find a career path I am passionate to share, but I also enhanced my overall well-being by exploring intellectual pursuits, connecting with my spirituality, and committing to a more active lifestyle.
Today, I am a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I use my experience and coaching skills to help others find and live their passions. I look forward to helping you explore yours too.
